customize text for name request

 I know this seems silly, but the text in the box that asks "enter your name or company name or customer number or account number and click OK to continue." is apparently too confusing. Almost every client asks me "what am I supposed type in ? " Can this be made to be customizable like some of the other boxes? For me, I would just like it to say " enter your name and click OK to continue"
