Replace "Enter the ID code..." text

I would like to know how to replace the text "Enter the ID code your remote technician assigned you and click OK to continue."

I would liike to replace it with something like "Enter 1 for Jeff, 2 for Richard, or 3 for Sharon ... then click OK to continue."

I don't see the answer in the documentation or in the forums.

Why not create a config file for each tech and label them accordingly and the customer can choose from the drop down menu.
