Slightly off topic, but I did want to share that I did a service call for one of my customers while he was doing business in Dubai, with the exclusion of him having an excessively large cell phone bill (roaming and what not), and a massively infected machine that took a few hours just to get to the point that it would connect... Once everything was going, neither of us had 'any idea' that we were almost literally across the world from each other (I'm in California), It was as we were sitting across the room from each other.

The best part, is within an hour of me being connected, I was confident enough to let him get some sleep. I worked the entire time he slept [7-8hrs. Did I mention Massively infected?], by the time he woke his machine was ready for the meeting he had only hours later. Talk about a testimonial!

I'd like to add my endorsements to this.

I spent approximately 2 hours today supporting a Vista Machine in Service Mode. The connection was excellent and rebooting worked flawlessly.

All in all I was very impressed with this software.
